An ancestral, artisanal fine-jewelry technique: gold is drawn into very fine wire and shaped into small rings, each soldered to secure the emeralds, which were drilled with extreme delicacy. The trapiche emeralds were sorted by size to achieve the piece’s ergonomic and aesthetic design. Two months of work went into creating this piece.

The meaning
