The Emerald Knights
Privacy
Account details are used for sign-in, profile preferences and private records. A person may request one or more business relationship classifications; each request is reviewed before it appears as approved. These classifications are not access permissions. Appointment requests store the selected service, format, proposed date and time zone, contact name, optional coordination phone and notes so the signed-in client and an authorized appointment manager can follow the request. This does not include marketing consent. General contact and bespoke inquiry forms do not send or store information on this site: they prepare a message that you choose to send yourself by email or WhatsApp, where that provider's own terms apply. If you accept site measurement, Google Analytics receives browsing data from public pages (pseudonymous events) to produce statistics, as described on the Cookies page. If you separately accept Google advertising measurement and personalized advertising, Google may use cookies and public browsing data for those purposes. Advertising permission does not enable statistics. Neither purpose includes your private account or appointment information. You can withdraw either permission through Privacy preferences in the footer without changing your sign-in or other choices. Private documents remain in restricted storage.
Purpose and control
Classifications distinguish the business relationship with the house: jewelry client, transaction investor, equity partner or Knight. They may coexist and appear only after review. They are not used as administrative permissions and do not enable financial transactions.
Your data rights
You may request access, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to sales@theemeraldknights.com. Applicability and response periods depend on jurisdiction and require legal review before launch; this site does not claim compliance certification.
Applicable framework
Processing is being prepared with reference to Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing rules. For United States residents, rights vary by state and by whether each law applies. The policy, retention periods, data protection contact and territorial scope require formal validation before publication.
