UNDERSTANDING BEFORE PROMISES
Understand the stone.Know the relationship.
Every relationship begins with a conversation. We want to understand what you are looking for and clearly explain the piece, its documentation and the scope of the proposal.
Before deciding, you need to understand how value is established, which costs apply, where the piece will be held and how a potential sale would be documented.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Meaningfulquestions.
How does an owned piece differ from a participation?
They are different relationships. Ownership, consignment and participation in a transaction require specific terms, explained and documented before any agreement.
Is a return or timeframe guaranteed?
We do not present guaranteed gains or sale periods. Each proposal must explain its risks, costs and terms; a transaction may result in a loss.
Can I begin directly from this page?
You can request information. Private access and any subsequent relationship require review and agreement with the House. This page cannot accept investments or payments.
