Leading creative direction and business development, Juanma brings together the identity of The Emerald Knights, its digital evolution, its commercial relationships and the organization of its operations. His work combines a visual sensibility with a business perspective, supporting the continuity of the craft and opening new opportunities for the House.

Leads the expression of the brand and the development of its web experience. Brings design, technology and digital tools together to connect the House with its clients and strengthen the way it works, presents itself and tells its story.
Relationships and business development
Develops new business relationships in Colombia and abroad. Cultivates connections with artists, public figures and a select clientele, linking those relationships to opportunities for collaboration and growth for the House.
Digital development of the school
Provides technological support and digital organization to help the school’s leadership plan and deliver each workshop with rigor and precision. His work supports a program with high academic standards, held in private facilities and using genuine fine jewelry materials, where hands-on training and attention to detail distinguish the learning experience.
Operations and traceability
Works on the organization of business processes and the traceability of stones and metals: their origins, movements and transformation within the House. Encourages clear records and tools to follow each material throughout its journey.
Audiovisual production and entertainment
Develops the House’s audiovisual expression through photography, film and storytelling for digital media. Explores formats and collaborations across the arts and entertainment to share the craft, the people and the stories behind each creation.
